Journée Technique Microstructures / MEMS

En partenariat avec la société POLYTEC-PI, nous organisons une « journée technique microstructures» qui aura lieu le jeudi 20 novembre 2008 dans les locaux de TEMIS INNOVATION – Maison des Microtechniques à Besançon.

Cette journée sera l’occasion de participer aux échanges d’informations concernant les microstructures que tiendront des utilisateurs industriels et scientifiques. Plusieurs participants y présenteront également leurs applications techniques.

Par ailleurs, vous pourrez assister à des mesures réelles notamment avec le MSA-500 permettant la caractérisation statique et dynamique des MEMS.
